The boat will be on standby and will not sail during the dining experience for safety reasons at night.
The timing for the dining experience is from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm sharp. Please arrive promptly to make the most of your allotted time. If the client is late, the time will not be extended.
Reservations must be made in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
The service is subject to availability and weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, we will provide alternative options or reschedule your booking.
A minimum of two guests is required for the dining experience.
Any special dietary requirements or allergies must be informed at the time of reservation.
The set menu and mocktails are fixed and cannot be altered. However, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the boat.
Camera photography is not allowed during the ride.
Balloons are not allowed on the boat.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the boat.
Children below 8 years are not allowed for the ride.
Pets are not allowed on the boat.
Wearing a jacket is compulsory.
Guests are not allowed to stand on the nauka (boat) in the middle of the water, even after wearing the jacket.
The service fee covers the four-course set meal, mocktails, cake, boat rental, and decorations. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or requests not included in the package.
Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule without incurring any penalties.
The management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or violating safety guidelines.
By participating in the dining experience, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
The management will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the dining experience.
All guests must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by the boat staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.
